A series of exhibitions, public artworks, and performance events responding to bread as a metaphor for personal, social, environmental, and multicultural issues. Jerry Beck collaborated with dozens of bakers, artists, and over 1000 youth in these projects that included an all toast mural, bread house, bread-mobile, bread clothing, bread architectural models, bread-made kitchen space, bread sculptures, and recycled bread workshops. Exhibitions included Sanford Ziff Jewish Museum in Miami, Florida, The Revolving Museum, Howard Yezerski Gallery in Boston, MA. 1999-2006
